PrestaShop touches the 230,000 mark

As an avid PrestaShop lover I’m extremely happy that it currently powers 230,000 stores. On the completion of the first quarter of 2015, the PrestaShop agency announced the total number of the online stores that work on this shopping cart system.

The year 2015 has been extremely lucky to the PrestaShop Shopping cart. Since the release of the PrestaShop cloud in the month of January this year, 50,000 new stores has been added. And as a part of the strong and growing 800,000 Prestashop member community, I am happy for the enormous growth of this shopping cart.

Since the inception of PrestaShop, it has been close to my heart. In spite of the availability of several other eCommerce platforms, I was immediately drawn to this one. It provides me to have the full control over creativity along with the presence of thousands of templates and plugins to help me mold the client’s online presence in the desired way.
